Hat einer von euch Informationen ueber Viminol R2? Gibt es das schon auf dem RC-Markt?
Ich lebe hier in Brasilien, und hier gibt es das wunderbare Opioid "Viminol". Ist OTC und
auf der ganzen Welt nicht reguliert. Laut Berichten liegt die Potenz bei ca. 0,2 - 0,3
gegenueber dem Morphin. 12 Kapseln a 70 mg kosten umgerechnet ca. 10 Euro.

Viminol is a pyrrylethanolamine derivative which exists naturally as a racemic mixture containing six different stereoisomers. Viminol has been reported to exert both potent analgesic activity and minimal dependence liability. The analgesic component of racemic viminol has been attributed to the R2 isomer, while the antagonistic S2 isomer appears to be responsible for minimizing the dependence liability of the racemate. We tested the R2 isomer of viminol in rats trained to discriminate 3 mg/kg morphine sulfate from saline on a VI-15 sec schedule for sweetened milk reinforcement. The R2 isomer resulted in dose dependent morphine-like responding, with complete generalization to the 2.5 mg/kg dose of R2 viminol. The morphine-like discriminative stimulus properties of R2 viminol were reversed by naloxone in a dose-dependent fashion, with total blockade by 0.1 mg/kg naloxone. R2 viminol, like morphine, also had a biphasic effect on response rate with low doses increasing and high doses suppressing response rates. R2 viminol had a overall shorter time course than that reported for morphine, and its different physiological and behavioral effects may not occur simultaneously. These data suggest that R2 viminol exerts a subjective effect similar to that of morphine and supports the hypothesis that R2 viminol has opiate activity despite its lack of structural relationship to the opiate series.
Ich nehme es jetzt schon eine Weile und habe kaum eine Toleranz Bildung erfahren. 2 Kapseln wirken immer
noch so gut wie am Anfang.
Es soll sich wohl auch sehr gut eignen um andere Opiate abzusetzen.

The drug has 6 different optical isomers with the R1 being about 5.5x morphine in agonist activity but the overall mixture being around 1/3 morphine. Now, this isn't the same as a single mixed agonist-antagonist drug (pentazocine for example) and it's not a kappa agonist so it doesn't cause dysptoria (like pentazocine!) and does prevent abstainance in animal models.
I just wondered if anyone had considered buying Dividol as a route for getting out of dependence issues? It's uncontrolled worldwide & it's available as 75mg tablets from internet pharmacists in some countries. I seem to remember that 10 tablets cost about £1.50!
It just seems like a much better option than Narcan & even buprenorphine plus, with the cost of medical treatment in some countries, it's fairly economical. Just don't confuse it with another brand called 'Dividol' which is scolopamine or such - look for the word viminol.

Hab auch eine Vorgeschichte was Opiate angeht (Tilidin, Tramal, Codein, Oxycodon,
Hydromorphon, Diamorphin, Morphin, Dipidolor, Fentanyl, Opium, teils auch IV). Ich weiss also,
wovon ich rede.
Hier in Brasilien wird Viminol als Racemat (Agonist + Antagonist) verkauft, daher OTC.
Interessant ist auch, das Viminol ein reiner u-Agonist ist, also keine Depris verursacht.
Es gibt einen Trick die Antagonisten auszuschalten.
Man nimmt zusaetzlich 1 Tablette "ketoconazole 200mg" (auch OTC), und dann klatscht es richtig heftig.
Fuehlt sich an wie eine Mischung aus Morphin und etwas DXM.
Leider ist das auf die Dauer nicht gesund, denn die Leber mag kein ketoconazole.
Deshalb meine Frage hier, ob jemand schon was von Viminol R2 gehoert hat? Also nur den
R2-Isomer als RC.

Die Potenz soll ca. 2,0 - 2,5 gegenueber dem Morphin betragen und es ist wie schon gesagt ein reiner u-Agonist.
Anscheinend soll es auch ziemlich einfach und billig sein, die anderen Isomere mit Weinsaeure, etc... abzutrennen.
Nur leider weiss ich nicht wie...
Diese Substanz hat also einige Vorteile:
1) Es kommt kaum zu einer Gewoehnung (als Racemat)
2) Es eignet sich anscheinend um von anderen Opiaten zu entziehen (als Racemat)
3) Wer es sich richtig geben will, kann auf das R2-Isomer zurueckgreifen
4) Es es schon seit den 70zigern auf dem Markt und ist keine "Versuchskaninchensubstanz"Also, was will man mehr...
